This shirt is made from Tasmanian Polwarth, a breed of sheep that has one-quarter Lincoln and three-quarters British Merino bloodline raised in Tasmania Island in Australia. Combining the softness of the Merino and the springy resilience of the Lincoln, the shirt is shiny and pearly. The material is the 4-ply carded long staple wool using a single 48-count thread. In the crafting processes, we dedicated much time in washing and trimming the surface: gives it a soft but sophisticated texture. This is called the “Royal Flannel” treatment.

You can wear this shirt casually, but still have the same details as our other formal dress shirts. You can see the traditional craftsmanship passing of the threads on the cuffs. We intentionally put the seam allowance outside of the armholes so that it becomes more smooth and comfortable to wear. The new features are added to the buttons, and hand-made cat eye buttons are used. Throughout the whole process, we put our full effort to the details, with thorough dedication.
