This season we tried our hand at crafting a double-breasted jacket as well. Here at cantate, we always strive to create a feeling of pervasive refinement in the design of our tailored jackets that is inherent in the quality of the craftsmanship. In this design, we endeavored to create a double-breasted jacket you can wear without coming off as overdressed or extravagant. With its somewhat narrow lapel and dual side pockets, we've crafted a formal design that differs from the typical British peaked style. Our design allows men to show off a refined, well-dressed style that remains traditionally understated.
Like our single-breasted model, this jacket is crafted from super fine merino wool 140s in the warp and 100% mohair in the weft, combining the springy resilience of these materials with the design of a double-breasted jacket, which lends an aura of quiet confidence to the wearer.
