Shin Matsushima

From Hokkaido, Japan, Shin Matsushima naturally found himself in fashion after falling in love with old 501XX jeans and French vintage. Upon graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he becomes responsible for design, planning, and manufacturing at numerous fashion houses. In 2015, he establishes the high-fashion brand, “Cantate”. Through close work with Japan’s finest fabric mills and factories, he continues to make clothing upholding and pushing the Made in Japan standard.
